En route to becoming a "Fortune 500" company, Handy & Harman has continued to grow and diversify in the last two decades. We've not only expanded our precious metals operation, but have now moved into non-precious metal areas, such as automotive and plastics.

Our refining operations have grown into seven refineries in North America and overseas that make us uniquely qualified to recover the precious metals from manufacturers' scrap which results in maximum return for the customer.

At the heart of our expansion has been the work done in our laboratories, which are well-equipped and staffed by top metallurgists and engineers who are always ready to help in solving problems involving the use of precious metals.

Our Central Order System, a computerized system employed in our precious metal operation designed to individualize every order arriving from a representative or directly from a customer links offices and production plants to insure that every order is filled exactly as the customer requires it.
