Director of Operations – Anthony Campbell

Tony just joined the operation in May of 2007 as our Lean Champion for the Camdel Metals division. Since he has been on board, he has made significant changes assisting our journey to become a Lean organization. Due to his leadership style with the combination of his technical background, Tony has been promoted to the Director of Operations position as of February 1, 2008.

Tony was recently working full time in the Air Force as a Lean Engineer Facilitator. Tony continues to support the country part time as an Air Force Reservist. Prior to working full time in the Air Force, Tony was with ILC in Frederica, Delaware. He had been there for over eight years and worked in many different roles in the engineering, quality and production departments.

Tony received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University. He recently received Outstanding Performance Service Awards with the Federal Civil Service for his individual contributions for 2006 and 2007.
