Millard Vaughn, the Director of Engineering and Technology, joined Camdel Metals Corporation in August 1982 as the facility's Plant Engineer. Since that time, Millard has held a variety of engineering and operational positions, including Division Manger of Camdel, and Director of Operations of H&H Tube Company. During his tenure with Camdel Metals, he has enjoyed participating in the growth and success of the Company.

Prior to joining Camdel Metals, Millard began his engineering career earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. Upon graduation, he worked as a Project Engineer for Nevamar Corporation, then a small division of Exxon, Lever Brothers Company, and Eastern Stainless Steel in the Baltimore area.
